Obituary:
The Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Uganda (AOGU) regrets to announce the untimely death of one of its dedicated members, Dr Charles Kiggundu.
Dr. Charles was a past Treasurer, Vice President, and President of AOGU. He was a team leader on many reproductive health projects, and a key advocate for maternal health and Reproductive health. Charles was also a dedicated teacher, mentor, clinician, researcher and key advocate for access to post-abortion care. He had excellent networking skills and was a board member of many Reproductive Health Organisations.
AOGU shall dearly miss him.
Charles died on 29th December 2020 at Mulago Hospital.
