To establish Pathways for scale-up of Low Dose High Frequency training for In-service training of frontline health workers.

The Low Dose High Frequency (LDHF) training approach emphasizes the need for trainees to be in control of their learning, while facilitators get concerned about how and what trainees learn, how trainees use the acquired knowledge and skills in their day-to-day clinical work, and how the training impacts service delivery and care for patients. Learners freely express themselves, are involved in mutual planning of relevant methods, curricular content and approach, and formulate their own learning objectives (so as to be in control of their learning).
